Job description: | Pastry chef sought with restaurant experience to join The Peat Inn. Role would suit current pastry chef de partie seeking to progress and develop career. You will be: capable of running a pastry section to a highly meticulous and consistent level We are seeking to add one member to our friendly, professional, calm team. We have very low staff turnover and this is a rare opportunity to join the team. The right candidate will be motivated, focused, flexible and organised, with a passion for excellence. You want to learn and follow guidance to ensure high standards are met consistently, while supporting the sous chef, head chef and the team across the kitchen. We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, ready to progress personal development within a Michelin starred restaurant. We are open for dinner service Tuesday - Saturday, lunch service Friday and Saturday and close on Sundays, Mondays and over Christmas. Staff uniform is also provided. |
