Job description: | Cameron House is a 128 bedroom, 5 star hotel situated in Alexandria in Dumbartonshire. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our pastry team. Working in a very big operation under a stable team you will be preparing food up to 2AA Rosette and Michelin star standard. Our Pastry Team of 8 chefs works for 2 AA Rosette Cameron Grill, The Boathouse, The Claret Jug, Great Scots Bar, private dining and weddings. You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety. You must be creative , artistic and enthusiastic and to ensure a safe , hygienic and excellent working atmosphere and have great finesse and attention to detail. Ideally you will have well rounded pastry skills – a la carte , afternoon tea, etc. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
