Job description:

Knockinaam Lodge is a luxury boutique 10 bedroom 3 Red Star 3 AA Rosette Hotel situated in 30 Acres of beautiful Countryside with a private beach.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with pastry experience to join our stable and well established team.

Holding a Michelin star for the past 20 years we would like to push forward and gain more accolades.

You must have a minimum of 3 AA Rosette / Michelin experience and ideally 2 years pastry experience.

You will also be talented, ambitious, be driven, have passion and be enthusiastic.

Head Chef Tony Pearce has been there for over 20 years.

This position is available immediately for the right candidate.
