The Swan Hotel offers a great dining experience in our cosy pub or Carte Restaurant, with contemporary & traditional menus, created using fresh local, seasonal ingredients. We are looking for an individual who can play as part of a team but also lead & guide from the front.

Training is a massive part of the “Swan Experience” you will be expected to not only take part but also conduct meaningful & targeted training sessions to help build our team to deliver the highest quality service to our guests, but still maintain a healthy work life balance for both the team & yourself.

Working in our well equipped kitchens, helping lead & motivate the team, will be a major part of your day to day duties, the ability to delegate a necessary skill The role will also have a focus on strong kitchen management & organisation, pre-planning & forecasting Rotas, Wage %, GP%, Food Orders, Cleaning/Maintenance, Managing our daily Due Diligence package.

In return we are offering a competetive salary based on your level of experience. We need you to be available 5 out of 7 days, fully flexible, with two consecutive days off per week.
