Are you a Sous Chef tired of working unsociable hours? Do you deliver excellence on a plate? If the answer is yes then keep on reading!

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef in a high volume Banquet style Venue Our venue is looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to drive their venue forward. You will be an excellent all-rounder, producing high quality dishes in a timely fashion, as well as work to budgets. You will have previous experience in a high volume kitchen. The ideal candidate will be level headed, organised and have the ability to deliver consistent quality.

This is a full time permanent position, working 45-50hours (annualised hours) per week (during wedding season), 5 days out of 7.

What you'll bring?

Support and Oversee all kitchen operations for this mansion-style venue. Have excellent BOH knowledge from stocks to health and safety to compliance. Have creative input into menus and will work with a fully fresh food menu.
