A brand new, exciting café has come to Ambleside & we’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to help create a fantastic experience for our customers so this dynamic business reaches its full potential.

At Force Café, Ambleside, we have a Chef de Partie position available

Daytime shifts, with an occasional evening for a special event, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special.

We are searching for a Chef de Partie who will:

Assist the Head Chef in creating and planning menus including signature daily specials for which Force Cafe will become known
Be able to take responsibility and lead by example
Show adaptability and embrace change and new ideas
Have experience in managing food cost and inventories according to monthly targets
Maintain standards in food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
