Job description: | I am looking for a Seasonal Sous Chef for this privately owned 17 bedroom hotel with 6 self catering cottages situated in Wooler, closed to Berwick upon Tweed, Alnick and Kelso. They are looking to put the hotel back on the map and therefore are looking for a chef with fresh ideas. Other duties would include helping with all paperwork, health, safety and hygiene, ordering and stock control. A small village so a driver would be preferred. Accommodation is available and is part of the package. This position is available now and would be through until October but maybe permanent for the right candidate. |
