Salary:Around £29,000 to £32,000 per annum paid monthly plus tips
Hours:45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: Up to 50; Dinner: Up to 50; Breakfast: NA; Functions: NA
Food type:Cafe/Bar in daytime, Brasserie in evening
Full-time chefs:4 plus KPs
Job description:

This position would definitely suit a chef de partie looking to step up
Good culinary skills
Good knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
A good team player who can support the head chef and step up on days off
