Rose castle is an 800 year old Property that is an Exclusive use and Events venue that opened in June 2022. Catering for Bespoke events that could be anything from 10 people for lunch, a 200 seat marquee wedding, to an afternoon tea or a simple buffet. so no event is the same.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to Come on board and develop with our ever growing business.

Ideally someone with 2/3 rosette experience,
Covering the Head Chefs days off
Helping to deliver bespoke events.
A good knowledge and practice of hygiene legislation
Good communication skills

The restaurant opens at 5.30pm with last diners around 8pm to 8.30pm.
Closed on bank holiday Mondays.
When fully staffed - every third weekend off.
