| Covers: | Lunch: Guests can be from 2 - 30 people; Dinner: Guests can be from 2 - 30 people; Breakfast: Guests can be from 2 - 30 people; Functions: Occasional shoots |
| Food type: | You should be passionate about food, able to cook a wide variety of cuisines using the best produce of fish, meat and game from the estate or sourced locally. |
| Full-time chefs: | Working alongside a Full-Time cook + extra help in busier times |
| Accommodation: | House with all bills included available on the estate |
