Job description: | The Bettyhill Hotel is a 20 bedroom, family-run hotel situated in Bettyhill which is 30 miles west of Thurso. A lovely coastal location with good amenities including a local shop, leisure centre including gym and Jacuzzi and beautiful beaches so lots to do on days off. We are looking for a chef to join our team for the season starting straight away until the end of October with potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate. We use lots of local and seasonal, produce including venison and langoustines and everything is cooked from fresh where possible. Looking for someone who fits in well with our existing friendly team. Good scope for input into menus and learn from our experience head chef. |
