We are sitting at 71 relief chef out working that we are charging for.

10 jobs confirmed for the week so far.

Rates of pay – Head Chef £21, Sous Chef £19 and CDP £17.

PAYE or Self employed

Accommodation at no charge with return travel paid either at 35p per mile or at cost price and working a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Mark Shaw popped back over to help at Royal an Lochan

Glenn Richards back last weekend to The Holiday Inn, Dumfries and popped in to Moffat to say hi and buy some of our Lowland Ales

Ollie Rankin has been extended at The Cally Palace in Gatehouse of Fleet

Patrick Johnstone is at The Cairngorm Hotel in Aviemore

Peter Owens has a few days left at The Tongue Hotel before heading Sous again to go to Cawdor Tavern
