36 relief chefs currently out working and that we are still charging for
The availability of relief work is patchy and the priority of the work will go to the chefs who are on the Magic 50 list, which is now in place

Nastasia Costinea is still working away at Buchan Braes Hotel in Peterhead
Julian Robinson is getting kept on at The Bank, Huntly
Martin Lane also now extended again at Ayre Hotel, Orkney
Michael George and John Derrick are both at Duke or Gordon Hotel
Milosz Niedzwiecki, Fraser Leighton and Graeme Anderson are all at Angus Hotel, Blairgowrie
Derrick Bartley completed his 4 weeks at Monahyle Mhor, Stirlingshire
Antonel Moraru also been asked to stay on longer at Kinloch Hotel, Arran
Brad Richardson is still working away at The Cove Bay Hotel, Aberdeen
John Cowie has just finished his stint at Greshornish House, Isle of Skye
