We have excellent availability of relief chefs, we are happy to register new relief chef but the priority of work will go to the chefs who are better known to us and have done the most jobs. You can mail over your updated CV to jojo@chefsinscotland.co.uk along with your hygiene certificate and reference details.

Stuart MacColl is still working a few days per week at The Old Manse of Blair
Dougie Gilles has been extended at The Kenmore Hotel
Graeme Kennedy has also been extended at Tigh an Eilean Hotel
