We still have 22 relief chefs currently out working and that we are still charging for
The availability of relief work just now is quiet, we do hope there will be a few jobs coming in for over the festive period

Martin Lane is still working away in Orkney at The Ayre Hotel
David McMillan is at The Shapwells Hotel
Colin Thomson is finishing anther good stint at Mackays Hotel in Wick
Alex Henderson got on excellent at Estate of Ord, Muir of Ord
James Pratt is still at The Braided Fig in Aberdeen
Alan Rennie is at Cawdor Tavern
Laura Galloway is still at Stobo Castle in The Borders
