Ally Brown is at Tigh an Eilean Hotel in Ross-shire
Jason Paxton is at Friars Carse near Dumfries
James McPherson finished his stint at The Glen Mhor Hotel and is starting at The Balcary Bay Hotel near Castle Douglas
Mark Shaw is at The Bridge of Cally Hotel in Perthshire
