Job description:

The Three Lemons is situated in the picturesque town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire, 14 miles from Pitlochry and an hour and a half from Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Aberfeldy has a population of 3000 and great amenities such as fishing, golfing and walking as well as its own cinema.

We are looking for either a commis or trainee chef to join our team at The Three Lemons, the position is full time and all year round and is available now for the right person.

Working in a small team where everybody gets stuck in. Scope for input into the menus using all fresh produce.

Good training is provided and we would consider someone who is just out of college looking to gain experience.

Job description:

The Ceilidh Place is a long-standing business in the north-west of Scotland. We are a small hotel with a bunkhouse, café bar & restaurant. We are open all year round apart from 2 weeks in January when we close for renovations.

We use local produce where possible. Fish, meat & veggies are all from not too far away and we have a good relationship with our suppliers. We have an interest in making the vegetarian options count, local shellfish stand up for itself and meat and game from the hills show off with warmth in the spices & seasonings we use.

You will be required to do some breakfasts and ideally you will have some experience of baking and desserts.
