| Job description: | The Boat Inn is a boutique hotel, bar and restaurant situated in the village of Aboyne in Royal Deeside and nestles on the banks of the beautiful River Dee. This extremely busy family owned business is looking for a Restaurant Manager with potential for growth within the business. to join our friendly team.We are looking for candidates who have excellent and relevant experience in successful trading businesses. You must have a proven track record of managing a large team. You will be organised, kind and friendly, a proactive problem solver with an attention to detail. You must be a team player who is flexible and gets stuck in when needed. responsibilities will be : Rotas, stock control, margins, health and safety, reservations system, good knowledge of Epos till system, good computer acumen. It would be advantageous to be familiar with Caterbook, the Hungrrr ordering app. Negotiating with our suppliers. I am looking for someone who can get the whole team on side and build good relationships.
