| Job description: | Auchen Castle Hotel is a 5 star wedding venue 2 miles from the town of Moffat. We are currently looking for a Night Porter position here at Auchen Castle. The role would be to oversee the running of a very busy wedding venue through the night including dealing with Guests, Bar Work, setting of Functions and Breakfasts. (which include moving tables) cleaning tasks and more importantly to carry out these tasks following company procedures in relation to Health & Safety, Security and Fire regulations. Must be aged 18 + due to licensing law, must provide a positive and friendly approach to all customers dealing with any requests accordingly whilst demonstrating a high level of customer service, trustworthy, able to work on their own and reliable are all essential requirements. A bar license holder and first aider would be preferred but not essential aw we would provide the required training. |
