Job description:

This stunning Bib Gourmand awarded Inn on Loch Fyne is looking for a versatile CDP to assist in their kitchen for the coming season. The role would ideally suit a couple looking for a seasonal role with adaptability.

There will be CDP, KP, Front of House and Housekeeping shifts available.

The season will run until October, with the possibility of an extended opening until the end of October if bookings remain consistent.

Fine dining experience will be considered advantageous, however the senior kitchen team are happy to provide training to the right candidates.

Due to the remoteness of this role it's essential that you're able to drive.

The Banff Springs Hotel is a privately owned and run 36 bedroom hotel overlooking the Moray Firth. This Hotel is a 15 minute walk away from Banff Castle and 0.8 miles from the harbour.

We are 45 miles north of Aberdeen.

We are a well-known privately owned hotel on the north east coast of Scotland.

Front of house Breakfast assistant – This role involves welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a friendly and efficient manner. You’ll also be responsible for resetting the area for the next service and ensuring everything is well-prepared and stocked for the following breakfast shift.

Previous experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The position is based on 5 days per week, approximately 22.5 hours, with a start time of 6:30am

Your Role:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality service across our restaurant and bar. From breakfast to evening cocktails, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys their visit from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and serve guests in the restaurant and bar
Confidently prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and spirits
Support in setting up and maintaining restaurant and bar areas
Provide menu and drinks guidance, upselling where appropriate
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and high presentation standards
