Job description:

I'm looking for a supervisor/team leader for this busy cafe 15 minutes drive from Inverness city centre, and on the main bus route. They have a great reputation for their fresh modern food, and are looking for someone to lead the team to ensure that the operation runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing shifts and writing rotas.

You must be a hands on and pragmatic person, with a calm approach to hospitality and an understanding of leading a junior team with warmth. There's a negotiable wage available starting from £13-15/hr.

You'll be a part of a small close knit group and should be able to delegate and jump in where needed during the busy services.

The package on offer includes target driven incentives which can be discussed upon interview.

Inverness is accessible by public transport.

I'm looking for a Front of House Manager for this small hotel 10 minutes drive from Inverness city, and on the main bus route. They have a very busy gastro pub on site and are looking for someone to take lead the team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing shifts and writing rotas.

You must be a hands on and pragmatic person, with a calm approach to hospitality and an understanding of managing a diverse team. There's a negotiable wage available starting from £13-15/hr, however with the right experience there's some leeway with this.

The restaurant has won several awards and is popular with tourists and locals alike. You'll be a part of a small close knit team and should be able to delegate and jump in where needed during the busy services..
