Job description:

This remote Island hotel is looking for a talented restaurant manager to develop and structure the service in this popular and reputable hotel.

You'll be working in a small friendly team to ensure that the guests receive exceptional service, and that the many visitors to the island are welcomed warmly and professionally. This is a rare opportunity for an outdoors loving person to be part of a small community with few amenities but a great atmosphere.

There is an excellent team being developed for the coming season, with aspirations to build on the recent successes to develop the service offered even further. You'll be responsible for maintaining staff schedules and training junior team members to deliver your standards throughout services.

The position is provided with accommodation on site and the salary is negotiable depending on experience, however you'll be paid for every hour you work.

There are several roles available throughout the hotel, and so applications from multi-skilled couples are welcomed.
