Job description:

Toravaig House Hotel which is a 9 bedroom 4 star, 2 AA Rosette Hotel situated on the Island of Skye, 12 miles from Broadford.

We are looking for an experienced breakfast chef to join our team.

You will cook quality plated breakfasts to order with light lunches and some afternoon teas.

This is a lovely area in Skye with lots of hill walking and fishing to do on days of an in the afternoons.

This position is available to end October

We are looking for a Breakfast CDP to take ownership of our breakfast service in a busy hotel environment.

About the role:
• Running breakfast service to a high standard
• Preparing and cooking freshly made breakfast items
• Managing prep and mise en place using quality local produce
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and organisation at all times

About you:
• Previous experience in a hotel or professional kitchen
• Well organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Pride in consistency, presentation, and freshly prepared food
