Job description:

This small team is looking to add a reliable and friendly face to their team for the remainder of the season. You'll be joining to assist the Chef owner with the kitchen operation. Working up to 40 hours per week to cover 6 breakfasts and assisting with 3 evening services.

There's very good accommodation available, with your own well appointed static caravan available on site. You'll be in the heart of Sutherland with beautiful forestry and a short distance from the beach.

The standard of food is good, with no pretentiousness but a lot of care given. The importance of breakfast is recognised here and you'll be working with great quality produce and a conscientious team.

ideally you will have good breakfast experience and an ability to work independently.

Straight shifts with breakfast a priority, but assistance with other aspects of service may be required.
