This mainstay in the heart of Aberdeen is looking for a new head chef to usher in a new era for their food service.

The venue has historically been very busy for their food and are looking to return to previous business levels. The drink service is very popular, and this is a venue that's well known as an easy-going date spot.

The new proposed concept is for small plates, and delicious fresh pastas. The vision is for tasty food that can be served quickly but elegantly.

You'll be working in a small team with very experienced owners who benefit from years of experience in similar establishments.

The hours are negotiable, as are the amount of days off, as they're keen to bring in the right quality of chef to deliver their offering. The salary on offer is also negotiable for the right candidate, and this may suit a Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position

The venue is closed 2 days a week, and currently serves up to 40 covers on a saturday, but they're keen to increase these numbers.

This is a live out position, but as the role is in the heart of the City Centre there are plenty of options for public transport.

The Wonky Dog is located on Anegada in the British Virgin Islands.

I am looking for a Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a wonderful island location in a warm climate.

You need a basic disclosure Scotland and will need to apply for a work permit which takes anywhere from 4 weeks to 8 weeks.

The first year would be statutory holidays which is 1 day a month, after a full season the chef would get 6 weeks paid holiday which would be taken during the off season mid August till 1st October.

We are a seafood restaurant on the waters edge serving fantastic fresh seafood including lobsters.
There is a stage for live music, a beach bar, rooftop dining and bar and toes in the sand beach dining we can sit anywhere from 20 on a quiet night to 150+ on a busy night. There is virtually no footfall traffic as 99.9% of our guests come from visiting yachts.

Situated in the British Virgin Islands.

Low tax rate , accommodation will be a self contained apartment on the beach with plenty of downtime to enjoy watersports or just relax.

This is a very busy family owned tavern with an excellent reputation for quality fresh produce. The venue has undergone a recent change of ownership with a massive injection of ambition and long term plans to become the best gastro pub in the region.

They're looking for a Head Chef with excellent business acumen and the drive to build upon the reputation whilst not alienating the local clientele. You should have the knowledge to produce showstopping pub classics done to an exceptional degree, whilst also curating a menu that showcases the best of the seasonal scottish larder.

You'll be in charge of a dedicated team, and be keen to develop junior chefs in a supportive environment. The venue will be undergoing a period of refurbishment, with plans to redesign the kitchen next year with your input.

The accommodation on offer would be suitable for a couple, potentially with a small child, but is included as part of the package for the Head Chef regardless of family ties. You'll be welcomed into the local community and will be well compensated for your time.

There's a walled garden available with extensive fresh produce, and input will be welcomed by the team if you require alternatives.

The position is available to start immediately, however for the right candidate a notice period will be respected.

Previous experience at the highest level, and longevity in your recent work history are essential.

Job description:

I'm looking for an experienced Head Chef for this popular bar/ restaurant. There's a good team in place within a well structured company that's seeking to strengthen before the busier summer months. The company offers excellent perks including an achievable GP related bonus.

You must be comfortable with working within a larger company and reporting to directors, however you'll be responsible for your department and largely offered autonomy over menus and the running of the kitchen.
