| Job description: | Stack & Still has been operating since 2018 as the UK's largest Pancake house. Now operating 7 units across Scotland with expansion to the South due later in 2022, there has never been a better time to join a fun and dynamic brand and food offering. We do one thing, but we do it well. Seeking a Head chef for our flagship Edinburgh venue within the Assembly rooms. Candidates should have experience in leading large teams and operating in high volume kitchens at speed. We require a positive and energetic individual who can motivate and train our Edinburgh team and deliver fast paced and efficient services to spec, whilst maintaining the highest kitchen standards. We also offer catering for events and large parties for function catering experience a massive plus. Progression opportunities are also available for exceptional chefs as we expand across the country. |
