Job description: | This exciting position is available for a talented Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef looking to make a step up. The position is for the 2 rosette restaurant only, serving Sunday Lunch & Dinner Magnificently set in the secluded splendour of 400 acres of deer park and woodland, bordered by one of the most beautiful lakes and framed by the dramatic Lake District Fells. This is one of the original stately homes of England and a wonderful luxury Spa hotel in the Lake District. You would be in overall charge of the day to day running of your kitchen, including HACCP, Safer Food Better Business, Menu creations, Staff Training, GPs Many other staff benefits available as part of the package |
