Job description:

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our team in Ox184. Part of FullerThomson, Ox184 is a popular, well-established late night bar and restaurant, providing laid back drinking and dining in Edinburgh’s Cowgate.

ï‚·A passion for fresh produce.
ï‚·Compliance with legislation, food production and strong financial and cost control knowledge.
ï‚·Involvement in menu compilation.
ï‚·Recruitment, training and development of the kitchen team.
ï‚·Be able to effectively run a smooth service during busy times.
