Hours:8 hours per day, 2 days consecutive
Days:2 days straight
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:Space for 100 including cottages
Covers:Dinner: 100 -150; Breakfast: 100 - 150; Functions: 100 - 150
Food type:Rosette level Banqueting, canapes and functions
Full-time chefs:2 full time, 1 part time + KPs
Accommodation:Ensuite double bedroom on site

RELIEF - HEAD CHEF - LIVE IN
Arriving 26/02/26, Prep day 27/02/26, Event 28/02/26

Min 8hrs/day 27th & 28th only
Sole Chef with KPs
100 cover event
Wedding food inc canapes and plated meal
