About Us: Nestled in the heart of Peebles in the Scottish Borders, our boutique hotel boasts a charming bistro and an elegant à la carte restaurant, both dedicated to showcasing the finest local produce. From comforting classics in the bistro to refined dining experiences in the restaurant, we aim to create unforgettable flavours that celebrate Scotland’s rich culinary heritage. As our Head Chef, you will: • Curate seasonal menus highlighting the best ingredients from local farmers, fisheries, and artisan suppliers that tell a story of seasonality, sustainability, and true Scottish hospitality. Who We’re Looking For: • Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a track record in fine dining.
