| Job description: | The Old Manor Hotel is a privately owned and operated Visit Scotland 4 Star hotel, located in one of most idyllic parts of Fife, known as the East Neuk. Main responsibilities as Head Chef will include - managing the kitchen brigade; maintaining and delivering consistently high standards of food; recruitment and training of junior members of staff; daily stock control and ordering; input into all areas of kitchen management including targets such as Gross Profit percentage; environmental health issues; and menu design.
