Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: quiet, busier Sundays; Dinner: to 30
Food type:Good pub food with Specials
Full-time chefs:2 Chefs + kitchen porter when busy.
Accommodation:en suite room in the hotel TV and wifi available.
