Sous Chef, Relief - Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Argyll and the Islands

I am looking for a relief Sous Chef for a hotel in Tobermory.
Starting 27th April for 1 month
12 bedrooms serving traditional menus using lots of seafood with Italian influences. Plated breakfasts to 30, lunches can be up to 100, dinners can be up to 100 and functions to 80
Brigade of 3 chefs plus kitchen porters.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days mixed shifts.
Accommodation is your own room in staff accommodation. meals on duty
The gross hourly rate is £21 per hour, paid weekly monthly with weekly advances
They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint. Plus return ferry.
