Job description:

Here at the Uig Hotel we have developed a reputation for good quality, well presented food using fresh produce. We are a 19 bedroom hotel attracting a good tourist trade on the beautiful Isle of Skye.

We are looking for a loyal, reliable and hardworking chef with effective people management skills and a passion for producing quality dishes.

A high standard of culinary expertise is required along with and a firm grasp of the financial and organisational demands that come with the responsibility of running a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

This role would suit an experienced Sous chef or an ambitious Chef de Partie.
