Sous Chef, Relief - Wick, Sutherland

I am looking for a relief Sous Chef for a Hotel in Wick, Staring 18th May i deally to end October but would look at minimum 12 weeks
30 Bedroom Hotel serving restaurant and bar - breakfasts to 50, lunches to 30, dinners to 60 and functions to 100.
Brigade of 4 chefs and kitchen porters.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week pro rata over 5 days, mixed shifts.
Accommodation is a bedroom in the staff accommodation, meals on duty
The gross hourly rate is £21.00 per hour, paid monthly with weekly advances PAYE.
