Sous Chef, Relief - Holiday Park, Grampian

I am looking for a relief Sous Chef for a Caravan Park in Aberdeenshire.
Starting 22nd May to 16th August
Holiday Park serving good quality home made bar and restaurant with pizzas. 30 to 100 covers per day
2 chefs plus and assistant when busy and a kitchen porter
Minimum of 40 hours over 3.5 days then more when the school holidays start poss going to 5/6 days per week
The gross hourly rate is £21 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance
Accommodation is and s pod caravan, tv and wifi available meals on duty
They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint.
