Job description:	I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for a 2AAR hotel in Skye. To start work ASAP for 4 weeks 18 bedroom 2 AA Rosette hotel. Breakfasts to 36, lunches varies and dinners to 50 Brigade of 3 chefs and a kitchen porter Working hours will be 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7 Mixed shifts. The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid weekly Accommodation is a room in shared accommodation, wifi available, Meals on duty. They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing the required work stint.
