Job description:	I am looking for a relief CDP for a popular holiday park in Fife. 6th May for 3 weeks Classic british cuisine, with up to 400 covers per day Brigade of 4 chefs plus kitchen porters. Clean single caravan available on site. Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Mixed shifts. The gross hourly rate of pay is £19 per hour, paid weekly They will pay travelling expenses return subject to you completing your work stint.
