Salary:The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance net of tax and NI.

Days:5 days from 7 split shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Dinner: up to 100; Breakfast: up to 100
Food type:traditional Scottish Table d’hote and small A la Carte menu (you will be cooking the staff meals breakfast and dinner)
Full-time chefs:4/5 chefs plus a kitchen porter.
Accommodation:Accommodation an en suite room. TV and Wifi available. All meals provided
Job description:

I am looking for a Chef de Partie to start 14th June for 4 weeks possibility for longer

The hotel is a 4-star 50-bedroom hotel serving traditional Scottish Table d’hote and small A la Carte menu Breakfasts to 100 and dinners to 100 (you will be cooking to staff meals)

Brigade of 4/5 chefs plus kitchen porters.

Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week pro rata over 5 days, mixture of shifts.

Accommodation is an an en suite room TV and Wifi available. All meals provided

The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance net of tax and NI.

They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint.

Please take passport and a bank statement as proof of UK residence. Please also take a copy of your up to date health and hygiene certificate.
