| Salary: | The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance net of tax and NI. |

| Full-time chefs: | 4/5 chefs plus a kitchen porter. |
| Accommodation: | Accommodation an en suite room. TV and Wifi available. All meals provided |
| Job description: | I am looking for a Chef de Partie to start 14th June for 4 weeks possibility for longer The hotel is a 4-star 50-bedroom hotel serving traditional Scottish Table d’hote and small A la Carte menu Breakfasts to 100 and dinners to 100 (you will be cooking to staff meals) |
