| Job description: | I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for a busy restaurant in Portree - driver essential due to location - there is a van that is available to someone with a licence and is over 25 Starting ASAP for one month initially Pub classics 350+ covers per day over lunch and dinner. brigade of 2/3 chefs plus kp. Accommodation is available - 3 miles from the hotel £19 per hour paid monthly with weekly advances Return travelling expenses are paid upon completion of the agreed stint. plus daily to and from the accommodation Situated in Portree the main town on Skye very busy with lots to do on some timee off |
