Salary:	The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid weekly
Duration:	Seasonal
Hours:	minimum 40 hours per week
Days:	5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:	Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:	7 bedrooms and 4 cottages
Covers:	Dinner: 250 over the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner); Functions: 80
Food type:	All fresh local produce made on site
Full-time chefs:	3 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:	Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty
Job description:	I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for a hotel in Stirlingshire Starting 25th May for 5 days Serving a quality Scottish fresh produce up to 250 covers over the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner Brigade of 3 chefs plus kitchen porters. Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixed shifts paid weekly net of tax and NI Please take ID for payroll They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to completing the agreed work stint.
