Job description:

I'm looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join this exceptional private members club within an hour of Inverness. You'll be joining a well established team with a reputation for excellence. All food is prepared fresh on site for low covers, with an excellent variety of food on offer throughout the day. You'll be responsible for running a section on a day to day basis. You must have good experience within a professional environment, however training can be provided for the right candidate.

Baking is done fresh throughout the day and there's an emphasis on quality over quantity, with a variety of offerings from breakfast breads and laminated pastries to paired chocolates for whisky tastings.

There's an incredible kitchen to work in with a very supportive and friendly team in situ. You'll be adding strength so that the work life balance can be maintained. The reputation for this club is international and the standards extremely high, however there's a well equipped kitchen and exceptional quality produce.

The accommodation that's provided is to a very high standard and within walking distance of the kitchen, charged at a very reasonable rate which can also include meals on and off duty. With 250 staff in place across the club there's great camaraderie and friendly community to join.

There can be flexibility and seasonal positions may be available.

The salary on offer is from £32k to £36k per annum depending on experience, based on a genuine 40hr/wk contract.

The Eden Club is a Private Members Club located 7 miles from St Andrews.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team of 8 Chefs.

We offer guaranteed Time off over Christmas & New Year each year, friendly and welcoming environment and the opportunity for growth.

Lovely location in Fife.
