Out and About Friday 7th October

We still have 69 relief chefs out working this is up on last year by 16 chefs, we also have had a few chefs take permanent jobs through being on relief which is fab 😊

If you want to take us up on the offer of £25 + VAT off any advert make sure you quote “OCTOFFER” when registering your job.

I have just spoke to a lovely gentleman called John who popped in to buy one of our lovely gift packs of Lowland Ale for his brother in law, he was travelling down from the Highlands after staying at The Scourie Hotel where he spent 10 days fishing, he did comment of the food being great and I was pleased to let him know that we supplied the chef there who finished of the season for them, Graeme Anderson thank you and well done 😊

Liam Newton along with Jamie Marshall are at Loch Fyne Hotel, Inveraray

Grant MacPherson is at Mishnish, Tobermory

Bobby Ainsworth and Nastasia Costinea are at Balcomie Links Hotel, Crail

Dale Paton saved the day and is at Glentree Café, Peebles

Derrick Bartley is at The Loch Leven Hotel, Onich

Robert Mckillop is at Fishers Hotel, Pitlochry

Yousef Shengheer is at The Three Lemons, Aberfeldy

Out and About Friday 30th September

We still have a good amount of chefs out working with 75 in total.

We have managed to get 16 jobs confirmed for the week so far.

The amount of relief jobs coming in has decreased, but we are still get adverts for permanent roles across Scotland and North England.

Philip Mbithi is back at The Winnock Hotel in Drymen

Mark Milne finished his 2 week stint at The Balcomie Links Hotel in Crail

Colin Mooney has been extended at Lord of The Isles in Lochgilphead

Sean Parkes is at The Isle of Mull Hotel

Sean O’Hara is back for a 2nd stint at Bunchrew in Inverness

Margorie Dos Santos is at Maryculter along with Wojicech Pajdoz

Dougie Gilles is at Moness Estate

Andrew Engledow finished his stint at Skeabost and went straight to Kinloch Lodge for a few days

Chris de Saint Do is at The Beaufort Hotel in Inverness

Ricky Leyland is at The Great Western Hotel in Oban

Liam Newton is at The Loch Fyn Hotel

Stuart Jackson is at Creggans Hotel

Tony Vinter is at Galley of Lorne Inn

John Ferguson is at Loch Leven Hotel

Out and About Thursday 15th September

We have 82 relief chefs confirmed for this week working all over Scotland and North England.

I am off on holiday tomorrow to Ibiza and will return to the office on Tuesday 27th September.
