Dougie Gillies is away back to the mainland for a well-deserved rest after another good stint at The Western Isles Hotel
Jarek Jandura is due to finish at The Roxburghe and is already signed up to his next assignment
John Cockburn is continuing at The Shap Wells Hotel in Penrith
John Robinson finished at Shap Wells Hotel and has now started at The Selkirk Arms in Kirkcudbright
Wojciech Pajdosz is still at The Alexandra Hotel in fort William
Paul Sim is enjoying his time at Airds Hotel
Patrick Johnstone has been extended again at The Old Manor and has had a promotion to Relief Sous Chef
Tom Devlin travelled from Inverness to Tongue to start his 3 month stint as Head Chef at The Tongue Hotel

Sky is back in the office on Monday after 1 weeks annual leave, she will be getting stuck in to more searches and will be doing some work on the accounts side also as well as here normal other daily jobs.
