Happy Easter 2025

We are now well into April and its has been a good start to the year.

Ian and myself have a good amount of relief chefs out working (49) just now, they are working from Wick to Aberdeen, Skye to Isle of Harris, Muir of Ord to Loch Fyne, Dunblane to Peebles, Carlise to North Devon and everywhere in between.

Our rates for relief chefs will remain the same for this season £23 for head chef, £21 for sous chef and £19 for CDP.

We will look to register new relief chefs from this Tuesday 22nd April

At the moment we do have our well know regular chefs out working with the odd newbie 😊

Ian is getting on very well, with getting relief jobs out and especially with his permanent / seasonal list of jobs that’s another 3 permanent candidates placed this week

Adverts as a little up and down but this I would say is the new norm with so many socials available to advertise for free albeit you never know who you are getting, as we move into the 2025 season we do suggest offering hourly rates for permanent jobs or if a salary please work out the hourly based on the hours working – ideally accommodation to be provided at no charge (part of the package) and try keeping it to straight shifts.

You can post live jobs on the website by following this link or you can call Ian or myself to have a chat and discuss (Jo) 01683 222830 (Ian) 01228 615715

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter, take care x
