Out and About Friday 5th August

We have a total of 66 relief chefs out that we are charging for all over Scotland, Wales and North England.

22 relief jobs confirmed for the week so far

Its great having Ruth on board and pushing to get more placements

Anna has been busy this week working on Sage and doing invoices, chasing references and sending out a few CV’s

Mark Bellingham and Richard Brow are getting on well and working away at Moness

John Cowie is away back over to work in Shetland with Brudolff Hotels joining Juanvi

Mark Milne is back with CIS and is with Chicco at The Creggans Inn

Brian Smith has confirmed to stay on at Banff Springs Hotel

Szymon Spockinski is at The Three Lemons working with Nastasia

Patrick Johnstone has just started at The Anchor in Johnshaven

Michele Lorusso is at Cawdor Tavern

Stuart Urquhart also just started at The Royal Oak in Cullen

We still have a good amount of relief chefs our working (65) getting relief chefs confirmed this week has been a struggle managed to get 8 confirmed so far for the week, I am waiting on a couple this afternoon so hopefully get into double figures.

Steven Marshall is still at The Drovers inn – Loch Lomond

Jasper Philipson is finishing the season off down at The Mill Forge near Gretna

Mark Carswell also still at The Boat Inn in Aboyne

Ollie Rankin is having a couple of weeks off to spend with the kids hen heading back to The Cally Palace Hotel
