It is the annual CIS Golf Competition this weekend, it will be nice to see some familiar faces 😊

Andy Westwood also at The Balcary Bay Hotel
Michael Njoroge is at The Bridge Hotel in Buttermere
Trevor Williams is at Duisdale and Colin Nicolson has mainly been working at Toravaig in Skye they welcomed new permanent Sous chef Thom O’Sullivan at the beginning of October
Lisa Campbell has also accepted the permanent sous chef position at Skeabost Hotel

We have excellent availability of relief chefs, we are happy to register new relief chef but the priority of work will go to the chefs who are better known to us and have done the most jobs.
