Job description:

I am looking for a relief strong CDP / Sous for a hotel in Inverness.
Starting ASAP for 4 weeks
The hotel has 113 bedrooms. Serving fresh produce cooked to order Table d’Hote, A La Carte restaurant and bar meals. Breakfasts to 200, lunches to 20, dinners to 120 and functions to 250.
Brigade of 13 - 15 chefs plus kitchen porters.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week pro rata over 4/5 days. Straight shifts.
The gross hourly rate is £19/21 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance, net of tax and NI.
Accommodation is your own room in the shared staff cottage.
They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint.

We are a seafood restaurant that has won numerous awards.

Last year it was the Seafood establishment of the year . The kitchen is headed by Garry Noble, who has been with us for five years, plus two other chefs.

Our Sous Chef has left us to head up another restaurant.

This has left a vacancy for a Sous Chef to join the team working in a very stable team, working alongside the Head Chef Garry and covering on time off.

This is a live out position.

Working a five day week and the wage is negotiable according to experience.

Duties
