Out and about Friday 10th May

The availability of relief work coming in is very good, we currently have 76 relief chefs out working and 27 jobs confirmed for the week so far.

We have welcomed some new relief chefs and the feed back has been excellent so far 😊

We are still happy to meet chefs here in Moffat this can be to discuss permanent or relief work, just get in touch with us to check our availability.

Keren Tweedie is now 4 weeks in to her 6 week stint at the Greenwood Loch Holiday Park

Daniel Haig is at The Drovers Inn near Loch Lomond along with Dougie Gillies

Chris Wright and Shaun Gibson are both at Balcary Bay Hotel

Stephen Flindall is at the Inn on the Tay for a 4 month stint

Allan Baird is over in Stornoway with Sebastian Luszczynski at the County Hotel

Also in Stornoway is Ian Hoey and Tony Vinter they are both at Cabarfeidh Hotel

Glyn Musker is back at The Black Bull Lowick

Scott Mckie is at the Moorings Hotel in Fort William

Peter Norrie and Phil Smith are both at The Ben Cruachan Inn

Out and about Friday 3rd May

The availability for relief work is very good, we are suggesting a 50% chance of getting a chef to you within 2 weeks.

We have over 70 relief chefs out working this includes all corners of Scotland. Relief work is a great way to visit different places meet new people and you’re are always guaranteed to bump into a fellow CIS chef.

Out and About Friday 26th April

The availability of relief chefs is tight, this is expected for the time of year we have over 60 chefs out working and 23 jobs confirmed this week so far.

If you are a chef and would like to see Scotland then relief work may be suited to you, hours paid, working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days or 8 hours per day, accommodation provided at no charge, return travelling expenses paid subject to completing the agreed stint. Please email CV’s to jojo@chefsinscotland.co.uk this should include 2 recent work references and hygiene certificate.

We met a couple of chefs yesterday who have been registered with us for a number for years, get in touch if you want to come and have a chat this can be for permanent also and you can meet with either Jessica or Jade.

Out and about Friday 12th April

The availability is a lot tighter this week as you would expect for the week before Easter.

We have 60 chefs out working and 15 confirmed so for the week

We are always registering new relief chef on a daily basis, if you fancy a change and would like to see more of Scotland please email your CV to jojo@chefsinscotland.co.uk with reference details and your hygiene certificate.
